What I do

Together we work on re-building your self-confidence, self-trust, and your authentic presence in the world using the intention method. Within this space we work with the principles of RADICAL AUTONOMY and RADICAL COMPASSION - specific ways of relating to the world that help us relate with care, respect, and honesty towards ourselves and others.

As a coach and trauma practitioner, my role is to provide a safe space where you can explore your identity by navigating through your relationships with yourself and others. My practice is political, intersectional, and a place of support. Within this space, I am in a position of power, and my belief is that I must continuously check this power.

For this, I do the following:

1) I abide by two fundamental principles: radical compassion and radical autonomy.

2) I am in a continuous learning experience which means I attend group education courses for IoPT consistently.

3)I continuously work on my own processes.

4) I am in supervision.

“Akishaumwa na nyoka, akiona unyasi ana situka."
